Looking for a man (gay or gay friendly) to share a three bedroom apartment in North Bergen, NJ two blocks from Blvd. East; 20 minutes drive to 42 St. in New York City. Room will be available now.
Room is on the first floor of a family home with backyard access during the warmer season. Space amenities consist of a queen size bed/futon, dresser, closet, AC, hardwood floor, night lamp, high ceiling and fan, long night table, access to high speed wireless internet service and over 250 TV channels (both of these services included in rent).
Potential candidate will have access to the kitchen, stove/refrigerator, prefer light cooking, gas and electricity will be shared among the three people living in the house. You will be responsible for providing your own toiletries, kitchen utensils and food. Patio available to tenants during warm season.
Bathroom will be share with two other people already living in apartment. Please no smokers or heavy alcohol drinkers. No pets or drugs allowed in the house; no walking with shoes inside the house. Building has laundry room in the basement.
Over night guest’s are OK. No over extended visitors. Upon moving in, a one month rent one month deposit is expected. Looking for a six month to one year commitment.
Neighborhood is very family orientated with walking distance convenience stores, Italian, Chinese-Japanese, Cuban Restaurants, dry cleaners (home delivery) Supermarkets; Bus line running from 5:00am – 12:30am to and from NYC (unlimited bus monthly tickets are $78.00 or $2.55 per ride). Lite Rail and shuttle bus access from the house.
