The bus stop is right in front of the building and the wait is about 0-3 minutes. It normally takes about 20-25 minutes to get to Port Authority, with morning traffic.
If you are familiar with Brooklyn or Queens, you will love this area because its MUCH cleaner, MUCH safer, and LESS crowded.
