We have a large room for rent from may 18th. rent for may is 350. full month is 750$ + utilites (around $40 a month) you can stay till end of may or as long as you want. We live 4 persons (male and female) here but i'm leaving (go back to europe). my roomies are very open minded, clean, easy coing etc. we have a large living area, big kitchen and bathroom. the room for rent is the largest and even has a balcony. fully furnished, queen sice bed and sofa. supermarket, laundry, shops, restaurands etc. near by (not more than 4min walk). close to PATH (24h) station Grove street. 10 min to WTC and 20 33rd Manhatten. very quite area and close to manhatten.
