Looking to share our apartment with a young professional or a student.
The neighborhood:
Doorman building, laundry room at the lobby level, 2 minutes walk to the Path station and 13 minutes to 33rd street.
There are a couple of nice bars around, Duane Reade, and with the gym right next to the building.
The apartment:
The room is small and can fit in a twin size bed with a built-in closet and also can fit in a small dresser. The apartment is on the 21st floor and has a view of the river and the Manhattan skyline.
The apartment is fully furnished except for your room. The room is available from 06.06.08. It might also be available from 1st June.
We will require a deposit of 1 ½ times the rent along with 1 month’s rent in advance. The utilities are split 3 ways and usually run up to $50 for the cable and internet, $50 - $120 for electricity depending on the season and a cleaning lady twice a month which comes to $20/person per visit.
About us:
I am a young professional (male) working in the city and my other roommate is a student doing her masters in the city.
We are both fun loving easy going people who love to hit the bar / restaurants occasionally and would prefer to have someone with similar interest. We utilize the kitchen to the maximum.
We also try to keep the place clean and expect you to maintain the same and have no issues about it.
