I am looking for a roommate in 1150 sqft, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. I am a professional 32 years old European female and work in the finance field. I work long hours and am clean, quite, organized, easy going, and respectful to others. The apartment building is clean, relatively new (5 years old) and has a door attendant. Laundry room is available in the building. There is easy street parking or parking available in garage, gym and easy commute to the city.
You will have your own furnished / unfurnished bedroom, bathroom and closet space in the room. The kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and gas stove. Hot water, trash and gas are included in the rent. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. The room is nice sized, sunny and it has hardwood floors.
The apartment building has a great location. It is in the border of Newport, Hoboken and Jersey City. It is a few blocks away from the Hudson River and very easy commute to the city. It is within 2 blocks to the Newport Mall, 10min. walk to Newport Pavonia PATH station and 8 min walk to the light rail stop and 1 block to the Historic Hamilton Park.
