The apartment is less than a five minute walk to the Path train (Pavonia Newport stop) and Newport Mall. Manhattan is only a 7 min ride to WTC and 15 mins to midtown. Very short walk to the restaurants, grocery stores and Target.
The room is very spacious, has hard wood floors, built in closet and lots sun light. Room fits a full bedroom set. Current roommate's furniture (new bed and dresser) is available if wanted.
We are looking strictly for a female roommate, financially stable, clean, easy-going and very responsible with bills and rent. We have a drama free apartment and all get along and are looking for this to continue. A security deposit will be needed. Looking for someone interested in a long term stable living situation (atleast 6 months to a year commitment required).
