I live alone and have my girlfriend over from time to time. 1 and a half blocks from bus stop (last stop before Manhattan). 10-15 minutes from NYC (can commute via car or bus or train and PATH). Parking is off the street and as it’s a residential area hence it’s not an issue. Area is safe and quiet. That’s the reason why I choose to live here, even though I own 2 other condos (In Jersey City). Very close to shopping.
