So we are forced to chose least marxist and more patriot McCain.

Abortion is not in the constitution. Therefore SCOTUS has no right to decide it.

There is no science in your point whatsoever. Nor there is any points you can prove using US Constitution. That is the base of all our arguments.
From your post I see that you are far from understanding political economy as well as economy at all.
One example: Both of your candidates are for increasing taxes on citizens as well as on businesses. Obama is compared with JFK. However it was JFK who proposed cutting tax rates for leaving people with more of their earnings and thus reviving economy. Everytime it has been done by JFK, Reagan, Bush the US treasure revenue was up, unemployment down and people happier.
When Obama was presented with this facts Obama said that he want to increase taxes out of 'fairness'. Fairness to whom? What for? Is it what a president supposed to think of? NOT.
We can fairly call him Neo Marxist/populist! Same with Mrs. Bill Clinton.
Another example: Germany, France, Italy and Sweden elected more conservative and more pro American government because they do not want high taxes and stagnation that comes with it.
Enough with it. It is too complicated for you. Let me know what is hard to understand and I'll explain it to you whether it Federal vs. State rights, role of SCOTUS by US Constitution or relation of taxation and well being of citizens and the country
BTW The Red (liberal) Ken Livingston the mayor of London have not been reelected.
Instead Londoners elected tory (conservative) Boris Johnson.

Give it up. It won't work. In as much as your activist judges and party members will interfere into the personal lives and rights of Americans that don't fit the ideal model as defined by neo conservatism, truth is, your base has rejected it.
The fact that McCain, and not some nut con like Cheney or Tancredo is your nominee to be, shows that most Republicans, even the conservative base has rejected the failed polices that directed this current flop of an administration.
Otherwise you'd have your fake Romney as your candidate. Remember it is you cons that defined McCain as a "lib". Levin, and your beloved law breaking Limbaugh made their case endlessly about McCain the liberal. Yet, your Republican base chose to nominate him.
What does that tell you?
It tells you that they have not appreciated the nightmare that is Iraq and the loss of moral, ethical and spiritual status lost by this great nation under the neo con watch.
So while you listen to Limbaugh and you think it represents a broad representation of the American mind set, you're only fooling yourself.
