We are seeking an individual to manage and run our in-house test lab, located in Jersey City, NJ, for juvenile furniture and products. Responsibilities include tracking and preparation of samples for testing. Keeping up to date with all testing requirements, methods and protocols. Conducting all necessary testing and preparing reports for dissemination to management. Keeping track and filing of all testing results for future review. Individual must be capable of interfacing with management and additional test personnel as well as discuss and interpret results. Training provided.

Required skills and experience include:

Two year associate degree in an Engineering or Science discipline preferred. Strong project management & organizational skills are a must. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential. Individual must possess a strong attention to detail, strong computer skills with experience and excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Must also have the professional discipline to handle confidential information and be capable of interacting with individuals at all levels.
