The Job:
The Online Marketing Analyst is an integral part of our global marketing team, responsible for executing timely and cost-efficient strategic online marketing initiatives, and preparing a variety of reporting and analytics that serve to address essential business questions regarding revenue, growth, and profitability.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Develop and execute innovative online marketing, communication, and public relations plans and campaigns
• Build and maintain various departmental reporting channels to make transparent the performance of various initiatives as well as market trends
• Assist in managing the organization’s relationships with a variety of online marketing partners, and actively seek new partnerships
• Conduct comprehensive market research
• Manage the performance and optimization of the organization’s websites, and conduct regular web analytics reporting
• Manage online marketing budget, including monthly financial reviews and analysis of marketing expenses
• Work with in-house and 3rd party design teams to continually manage brand image and online presence
• Monitor and engage relevant online communities, via blogging and other Web 2.0 initiatives
Qualifications:
• BS/BA in Statistics, Mathematics, or other related field
• Strong analytical aptitude; Able to analyze data in Excel and other databases in order to gain business insight
• Experience in search engine optimization, HTML, and Google Analytics
• Fluency with Adobe suite of creative software
• Strong knowledge of current online marketing trends and technologies
• Ability to quickly grasp technical/technology related details
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize/complete projects in a timely manner
