A full service staffing firm based out of Jersey city downtown (NJ) and is seeking to hire a top notch Recruiter to assist with its program development and placement efforts for our direct clients.
The ideal candidates understand the importance of relationship building from both a sales and recruitment perspective.

Skills & Responsibilities will be but not limited to :-
Should have proven and succesful experience of atleast 3-7 years in placing candidates in healthcare, financial, accounting, clerical and admin positions.
Should be able to multi-task and work on multiple positions simultaneously.
Should be dedicated and extremely hard working. Should be able to put in atleast 9-10 hours of focussed hard work each day.
The candidate will be required to work on 3-4 positions each day and make atleast 3 qualified submissions for each position. This would require strong focus and hard work.
Should understand the full recruiting lifecycle including Assessing staffing requirements ,sourcing, conducting initial screening of resumes to present the most qualified candidates to the account managers and clients.
Coordinating interviews, soliciting feedback, and communicating with candidates throughout the process.
Performing searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using resume databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals.
Proficiency with MS Outlook, Office, MS Word and Excel software.
Ability to format and present quality resumes.
Communicating with existing internal recruiting team for daily updates, pipeline meetings and submission report.
Understand the importance of referrals and references
Strong customer service skills.
Professional demeanor and excellent phone skills
Good to have :-
Any experience with VMS like Beeline, Peopleclick, Fieldglass will be a plus.

Compensation:
Base salary $40K - $50K per year + agressive commisions. Total compensation potential of around 70K - 100K for the first year.
