Multi-unit restaurant company is now interviewing candidates for a newly created Executive Sous Chef position at Markers Harborside Grille & Markers Express. These two side-by-side restaurants share one main kitchen in Harborside Financial Center (www.markersrestaurant.com). Strong Kitchen Management Experience a Must, including Ordering and Inventory Control, BOH Organization & Sanitation, Menu Engineering (Daily Specials and seasonal menu's). You will report directly to our Executive Corporate Chef. We are looking for a Leader, a Positive Influence, a Team Player. Definite opportunities for advancement as we are actively developing our own proprietary concept, as well as looking to expand our Markers division
