Our retained client, seeks a tax professional, preferably a CPA with not less than 3 years practical experience in tax work for Investment Partnerships/Hedge funds.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to return to the work force, or wants to work closer to home without the commute to Manhattan from Staten Island or New Jersey.
The right person must be capable of establishing and maintaining a current working knowledge of applicable federal and state tax law and regulations relating to partnerships (subchapter K of the Internal Revenue Code and the related regs., their filing requirements and government forms used in the process.
To qualify, the person must have superior analytic and mathematical skills, verbal/written communication skills and PC skills and quite proficient with Excel.
Great work environment, real team approach with open space (no private offices), quite collaborative.
