About me: I'm originally from Russia (Moscow), came to New York this summer, but lived in Seattle and then in Honolulu before.
I go to school 5 days a week (in early mornings). And work as a cashier in a cafe 6 evenings a week.

- Have no pets, but love them and have no allergies.
- Vegetarian, but have no problems when people cook meat in my presence.
- 420 friendly (I only occasionally smoke with my boyfriend in his apartment, but if you smoke in your room - that's fine with me) .
- Very quiet (I sing in the shower only when I'm sure that nobody's home, I swear!).
- Very neat and clean*.
- Love buying stuff for the apt to make it look pretty :)
- Really want to move in to a place that I would be able to call home.
- Watch a lot of tv shows :) If you're a Glee, Arrested Development or How I Met Your Mother fan, we'd definitely get along.

- Love cooking (especially in a clean, cozy and spacious kitchen).
- Really easy to get along with and fun to hang out with. I know, everyone says that about themselves, but that is true.

* - i'm definitely not OCD, and could care less about your room as long as the common area is clean. But the main problem with my current place is that I live with 3 guys, who NEVER clean after themselves, and the whole apartment looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ages. Why would you want to contribute something when it's not even gonna be appreciated, right?

About you:
- I don't really have any male or female roommate preferences, as long as you keep the common area in order and clean after yourself.
- I would like to live with people around my age (20's) and definitely with someone who works/goes to college/does smth with their life.
- As I mentioned before, I don't mind pets, as long as they don't smell (my roommate now has a ferret, and the smell is really bad even outside of his room).
- You have to be fun in some way - I love joking and making people laugh tbh :)
- Respect my privacy because I'll always respect yours. I have no problem with occasional diners/movies/exhibits/hanging out, especially if you're cool, but I think we all can tell when someone wants a time for him/herself.
- Be normal. And by that I mean don't be someone who dresses up as a viking at nights or walks in the apartment half naked.

About place:
Since I live now in Prospect Heights/Crown Heights area, and my boyfriend lives here too, I wouldn't want to move anywhere else. But if the place/you are really nice, I might give it a shot.
$675 (utilies included) is the maximum I can afford.
All I need in my room is a nice closet and at least one window. It can be facing the wall of the building, but my room HAS to have a window. Just because I can't sleep without fresh air (even in winter, yes). Well, and it has to be of somewhere decent size of course.
I would love to have a large spacious kitchen :)

Looking for a nice apartment in a nice neighborhood. We want to be in an area with nice neighbors and where we can have our kids play outside without fearing. Ideally the apartment will be rather spacious. We do have a lot of kids toys and would like enough space for the kids to play. We have two kids under 2 and would like it if the apartment was on the 1st floor, but that is not necessary, just a preference. Close to public transportation would be great!

I just informed my landlord that I wanted to move, so I gave a 60 day notice and would like to be prompt upon moving out. The $1400 rent is ballpark. I would love to spend less so it's easier for me to support my family, but I'm realistic and I realize people want more and more money, so I probably won't get anything less than $1400. I would like that all the responses that I get are real. I do not want any spammers, so please refrain from giving me links to different places to check out. I'm only looking to hear from actual home owners. I do not have good credit at all. In fact, I'm a young man and I'm still recovering from my stupid young years, which put me in the hole pretty good. I do however have great references. Though my credit is bad, I have previous landlords that you can contact to see how prompt I was with payment.

In response, please include photos of the apartment and as much detail about the apartment as possible. If you are in the midst of renovating the apartment and did not paint the walls yet. Please let me know, I always end up having to paint the rooms, so maybe we can collaborate on that and save money for the both of us. It would be ideal to have a washer/dryer hookup, though not necessary. I just purchased a washer/dryer unit to avoid laundry mats. But if the apartment does not have a washer/dryer hookup, I'm sure I can sell the units. It will be great if a dog were permitted.
