This is not your standard apartment, as it is a converted artists' loft, but it is very clean and the bedrooms are private. Building perks include a passenger elevator, laundry facilities on our floor, security, and an amazing rooftop view! Apartment features include the full use of the kitchen, a shared bathroom, ping-pong table, high-speed wireless internet, movies, and you can even borrow our bicycles and play Nintendo Wii! One of the bedrooms has a lofted bed (so there are stairs), hence it may not be suitable for some people, but we have taken many precautions so that you will be safe. We are right next to Pratt University, convenient to Williamsburg, and about a 30 minute commute to most parts of Manhattan.
