Our <b>two guest rooms</b> have either a <b>King or Full-sized bed</b> (suitable for two people).  <b>Towels, fresh linens, and light continental breakfast are all included.</b>  We appreciate a diverse guest list, and those who can appreciate our unique offering.  <b>This is not your standard apartment</b>, as it is a converted artists' loft, but it is very clean and the bedrooms are private.  Building <b>perks include a passenger elevator, laundry facilities on our floor, security, and an amazing rooftop view!</b>  Apartment features include the full use of the kitchen, a shared bathroom, ping-pong table, high-speed wireless internet, movies, and you can even borrow our bicycles and play Nintendo Wii!  One of the bedrooms has a lofted bed (so there are stairs), hence it may not be suitable for some people, but we have taken many precautions so that you will be safe.  The other bedroom is more traditional, all on the ground level.  Please see our website for additional info, pictures, and more about the neighborhood.  We are right next to Pratt University, <b>convenient to Williamsburg</b>, and about a 30 minute commute to most parts of Manhattan.  Rates range from $70-$95/night, depending on the number of guests and length of your stay.  We <b>strongly prefer weekly rentals</b> for 1 to 3 weeks, have a 5 night minimum, and we're a smoke-free home, although you can do it while you enjoy the rooftop if you'd like.
