The Executive Director for Program Management will lead the implementation and execution of large-scale strategic improvement designed to support NYC Business Solutions’ service delivery and improve performance. The responsibilities of the Executive Director are both strategic, in setting direction and goals for NYC Business Solutions, and operational, in administering and monitoring the contracts for the vendors who operate the NYC Business Solutions Centers. Conduct fiscal oversight including monitoring budgets, forecasting expenditures and reviewing and approving budget changes.
• Provide professional development aligned with service delivery objectives for SBS and vendor staff.
2. Oversee the provision of government facilitation and emergency response services citywide.
• Lead strategy and operations improvements to the provision of government facilitation and emergency response services.
• Increase number of government facilitation cases successfully resolved by a minimum of 100% over the next year.
• Provide professional development aligned with service delivery objectives for SBS staff.
• Serve as the liaison between the government facilitation and emergency response team and senior management at SBS and at external partner agencies (i.e. Office of Emergency Management).
3. Assist with the design and development of new services/products that help entrepreneurs and operation companies open, operate and expand their business.
• Identify gaps in services (defined by unmet customer need) currently provided either through the Business Solutions Centers or the Business Outreach Team.

Position Description:
Under the direction of the Director, provide strategic direction to the Operations and Management Planning Division. Job responsibilities include knocking on doors and talking to voters about candidate and candidate's achievements, identifying and keeping track of supporters, handing out literature, organizing volunteers, help with campaign events, and getting out the vote. If you like a fast paced, team-oriented environment and want to gain some valuable campaign/political experience, this is the job for you. Ideal candidates will have some campaign/political experience and/or a passion to be involved in politics, be able to write and communicate effectively, and work well in a team atmosphere. Candidates should be out-going, fun, and friendly and have a positive attitude toward any task large or small.
Candidates must have own transportation to and from district.

Learning what foreign governments and forces are involved in helps our military experts better plan our nation's defense. That's where a Signals Intelligence Analyst is most valuable. They listen to and intercept foreign radio transmissions and relay that information by producing combat, strategic and tactical intelligence reports.
HUMAN INTELLIGENCE COLLECTOR (35M)
Having access to the correct information is absolutely necessary to plan for our national defense. Intelligence specialists, such as the Human Intelligence Collector (HUMINT), are integral to providing Army personnel with information about enemy forces and potential battle areas. Even if it is working with a translator or speaking a foreign language directly, this job is where the rubber meets the road when it comes to talking and asking questions.
IMAGERY ANALYST (35G)
Having access to the correct information is absolutely necessary to plan for our national defense. Intelligence specialists, like the Imagery Analyst, are integral to providing Army personnel with information about enemy forces and potential battle areas. Intelligence specialists use aerial photographs, electronic monitoring and human observation in order to gather and study information that's required to design defense plans and tactics.

Duties:
As an advanced level Human Intelligence Collector, you may also be involved in:
1 Reviewing and editing translations of foreign documents and materials for accuracy and completeness
2 Performing difficult interrogations and translations
3 Screening, assessing and debriefing (in foreign languages) refugees and defectors
4 Debriefing U.S. prisoner-of-war returnees and other friendly sources to obtain information for military intelligence
5 Conducting liaison in foreign language with host nation agencies
6 Interpreting foreign languages into English

Responsibilities:
Perform logistical work and administer analytical, procedural, supervisory and operational work for POP. Effectively manage POP budget of $ 48,000,000 to maximize impact and growth of program. Coordinate and develop performance and fiscal management reports and systems for all divisions within POP. Analyze related statistics and write reports. Supervise and provide directional oversight to the Operations unit to implement effective tracking and monitoring of the POP budget and purchasing expenditures. Supervise POP field operations, including management of staff and vehicles/equipment across five boroughs. Work closely with senior management on weekly and monthly reporting to Human Resources Administration (HRA) and other agencies as needed. Oversee reporting and program tracking through weekly reports, database and performance measurement tools. Work closely with the Deputy Commissioner of Management and Budget, Chief of POP, Maintenance & Operations, Budget division, Recreation and other divisions to ensure POP Policy bulletins, procedures and guidelines are adhered to. Analyze changes to Federal, State and City policies and the impact it may have on POP. Write policy impact reviews and recommendations for senior program management. Develop and serve as a liaison with outside agencies/organizations to promote POP. Make presentations to high-level executive personnel in Parks and external entities.
Qualification Requirements:
