In the 3/16/09 contempt hearing People's United Bank vs James Hastings, I fired my attorney at the hearing and asked Judge Gilardi for a continuance so I could get legal representation , Judge Gilardi said I will not continue this hearing and forced Hastings to take the stand. While on the stand Hastings exercised his Fifth amendment right and Judge Gilardi got pissed and summoned 2 Marshals into the court room to arrest Hastings for contempt. Hastings popped off in the court room and said – you should arrest People’s United Bank they are the criminals and while he was at it he also referred to Connecticut Post reporter Dan Tepfer as a “court house cock roach”. The web site www.iseedumbpeoples.com is under construction People's United Bank and the law firm of Pullman & Comley hassled Bluehost into shutting the site down twice because Hastings posted some videos that exposed the law firm and the bank for fraud. I have invested my life and my freedom into this doc/film/book and with the right backing and producers this film will be a success because no one has ever gotten their hands on 3- 4 billion dollars worth of a banks documents and decorated his house with them and then filmed them for a documentary. Not to mention the other incredible things that have taken place. When you really take a close look at the film it’s bizarre and will get peoples attention.
