We are renting out our wonderful oceanfront beach house in Maine this summer. It has all normal house ammenities including washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave, internet etc. There is a kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 king bedrooms and a bathroom on the main floor.
The pix included are taken in Feb. 08 right after a winter storm so if its this pretty then you can imagine how pretty it is in the summer!
All pix are taken from our back yard which is right on the beach.
We also have a patio that is under the snow which acts as an extra place to have dinners and also has a cocktail table and chairs set up very close to the beach dunes. We have a large table and 8 chairs out back and an umbrella so you can have breakfast lunch and dinner outside and not get sunburned!
There are 2 king bedrooms on the first floor, and 2 twin beds in the bedroom downstairs. There is also a queen bed in the patio (former garage) that is great for breezy sleeping.
Prouts Neck is very close by and you can see the famous Black Point Inn right from our back yard. It is right across the way. Every night they have sunest drinks there on the porch and it is really spectacular.
It is only 4 hours and 1/2 from Fairfield County. We drive it all the time from the Westport area and the drive is really easy.
I have many more pictures of the inside of the house and more of the outside if you would to see them, please let me know.
It is right near Prout's Neck and the famous Black Point Inn. There are very few sandy beaches in maine and ours is one of the prettiest. It is 7 miles long!
