They are practically brand new except for one of the rims which seems to have brushed a curb which scratched up the lip of the rim (shown on last picture).

Otherwise they are practically brand new and come included with 20 lugs and a special lug key to remove/install the wheels on the car. The wide spoke pattern makes cleaning a breeze. They shine like new and are ready to go.
