$650 Professional guy in need of living space (Stamford)
I'm an easy-going transplanted Midwestern guy, prior military, who is in need of a room that is within 25 miles of Stamford. I have just finished grad school and will be working in the downtown Stamford area.
I can provide references and have no problem with credit checks or background verification. My requests are for a safe area, quiet room, clean place, and law abiding environment. I don't smoke and don't drink. I will need access to parking and maybe a small area for storage. And note that the $650 must be considered as "all in" (i.e. including utilities, etc...).
