Wilton-based systems integrator is experiencing growth deploying convergence technology products that integrate voice, video, data and location services for the healthcare market (Acute care and Senior care). Specific applications include wireless VoIP and RTLS/RFID. In addition to presales technical consultation, we provide end-to-end services, including technical project management across multiple disciplines, as well as after market training and support.
We are looking for seasoned business-oriented IT professional who have both front-facing customer relationship management experience, but also technology management skills to work as part of our deployment and support teams. Experience with telephony is an important short-term need.
As an entrepreneurial business we are interested in those with diverse professional experience across a variety of technologies who are interested in building a long-term relationship with a growing company.
Technical familiarity with the following is preferred (but not essential):
* WiFi (Cisco preferred)
* RFID/RTLS and Location based services
* Wireless security
* Cisco Routers/Switches
* Windows Server technology
* VoIP
* Computer Telephony Integration (CTI)
