My husband and I wish to buy a home in Fairfield county. We are looking to get seller financing, and dont have a huge amount to put down, but WE have great credit, and will look at homes from 400-800k. We really like: Ridgefield area, but will consider other areas. Can you contact us, asap? We can move in beginning of July. We are willing to provide details to prove we will be able to pay the note, and would look to refinance and pay it off in a few years.
