Sales Manager to sell high end luxury homes in a master-planned community in Stamford, CT. As the Sales Manager you’ll be the one to spearhead new home sales within our dynamic, growing team at Windemere on the Lake (www.windermereonthelake.com).
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
• Self-motivation, a goal oriented sales person with demonstrated success in the full sales cycle.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of formal real estate principles and guidelines and Microsoft Office Software.
• A CT Real Estate license and new home sales experience is a plus!
The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend and holiday hours required.
