Small bookkeeping & property management office (3 employees) located in Fairfield CT has an opening for a team player to work in a VERY diversified office.
Duties include: Front desk receptionist, telephone, correspondence, bank deposits, mailings, tracking certificates of insurance, filing, folders, labels, & follow up with work orders.
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
Light bookkeeping & Quickbooks experience a must.
Property management experience helpful and willing to learn new software-Timberline.
Mature, detail oriented, & dependable. Able to prioritize & process work in a timely manner.
Hours: 9:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday (35 hours week), 1 hour lunch.
Some additional hours may be required.
