Summary Description:

deFacto Global is looking to strengthen its marketing and sales support capacity by hiring a professional who can build and execute 1st class marketing programs. The successful candidate will grow to have responsibility to:
• Manage all marketing and sales support plans and activities,
• Work with strategic partners within key market segments,
• Enhance and evolve our marketing database,
• Develop and implement awareness and lead generation programs,
• Execute sales support and marketing plan,
• Design and maintain the company marketing collateral and web site

Job Requirements

Technical Skill Level:
• Working knowledge of web-based sales and marketing tools used for sales and marketing events,
• Demonstrated ability to develop a comprehensive marketing database,
• A creative/technical background that allows you to design and produce electronic and printed collateral,
• Ability to design and execute lead generation programs
• Exposure to financial management information concepts, reporting, and/or systems is a plus


Professional Skill Level:
• A self-starter with the ability to work effectively in a cross functional team environment as well as alone,
• Strong organizational skills,
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Required Experience:
