I am currently looking for housing in the Fairfield beach area for a single person. I have full rental, credit and personal references. I realize that you may be able to get higher rent but I can guarantee that I am a good tenant with stable income as I have been working for the same company for ~5 years.

I was looking to purchase a home but I am not �handy� in renovations so I think I would be better off renting at this stage.

I do not have many criteria in terms of the rental except the following:

-Porch/deck (I am inside all day long so I enjoy getting outdoors)
