Looking for skilled and enthusiastic individual for household manager/family office role. Individual is responsible for paying bills, keeping the accounts, preparing Quickbooks statements detailing household expenditures, etc.
Individual will also help oversee other household staff and maintenance/upkeep of homes. Skill with bookkeeping and Quickbooks is absolutely required. Candidates must be motivated workers and have effective communication skills.
Work location is at the family's home in Darien, CT. Hours are very flexible; 2 - 3 days per week will be required.
Responsibilities include:
- bill paying
- bookkeeping
- light accounting work (keeping track of expenses)
- managing household staff
- medical claim submission
- overseeing maintenance and upkeep for family homes
