As title says, I have a 1998 (laser) red a4 2.8 v6 quatro (awd), 5speed manual transmission. General info: tan (baige) leather interior, 4 stoke steering wheel, stock bose speakers, NO radio (after market radio taken out),

The bad: car's engine is disabled ( the cylinder heads are taken off, because they needed to be examined), the cylinder heads have bent valves due to a seized bearing (tensioner roller), the engine block is perfectly fine (no play with piston rings). There is a missing taillight housing ( bulbs and electric all there and working), there is a gash on the driver's side door, car is about 70 % cosmectically good (exterior), ( slight rust on fenders, can be easily taken cared of), needs new suspension (shock/spring/strut) can be driven on but doesnt absorb bumps very well (car is lowered),

now for the GOOD: some maintenance done to car, new front brakes and rotors, new water pump w/ no mileage to this date (installed), 18 inch rims( 2 tires have 85% threading left, and 2 with about 30%), new front control arms (left and right), new inner tie rods (left and right), passenger rear wheel hub bearing replaced(hub spindle), new keyless entry remote.

i also have extra parts for the car. i have the after market radio (jcv) ipod ready. i have 2 10" subwoofers already in a box w/ wires already installed in car. I also having a timing belt kit ( everything expect the timing belt is already installed) but accessory and timing belt i have . and some new suspension parts ( tie rods/controll arms).

all car needs is a cylinder head job and new suspension.

Pricing: i am asking $2100 which includes 18inch rims/tires( 5 lug). With out the rims (if you have your own or i can get stock for cheap) then $ 1900. if you want the extras (radio/subs/suspension parts) then let me know and we can negotiate something.
