RESPONSIBILITIES
-Understand toshi customer needs including pricing and positioning as related to market strategies and communicate the brands strength and position in the market
-Utilize confident communication and presentation skills including strong negotiation & persuasion skills
-Field customer inquiries via phone and email quickly
-Coordinate toshis schedule, set up meetings, field social requests
-Manage support staff to ensure consistent toshi quality service and product to clientele
-Coordinate and organize photoshoots
QUALIFICATIONS
-Must have excellent communication skills
-Clean, presentable, stylish demeanor and manner
-Must be available for some overtime and weekends
-Ability to juggle multiple tasks and follow up accordingly
-Pleasant phone voice and comfortable on the phone
-Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Mac Entourage
-Must excel in a fast paced environment. This is not a desk job.
-Must be extremely organized
-Solution and goal driven
-Ability to deal with rapidly changing organizational issues and anticipate/forecast customer demand
-Self-motivation with a strong sense of personal accountability
-Ability to speak another language preferred (Spanish, French, Italian) but not required
-Experience in a customer service role preferred but not required
