I have studio locations in Tribeca or the East village available to hold my Pilates sessions. These locations do have space rental fees-- in cases where a space rental is needed the cost will be added on to the fees listed below. However, I do travel to locations of the client's choosing either at your home, your building's gym, your office, etc.
I hold private, semi-private (2 people) or small group sessions (Get a couple friends together and help to motivate each other while having fun).
I am available most weekday mornings/afternoons/evenings, as well as, Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Programs are based on the individual needs and goals...

Stretching and Flexibility

Strengthening and toning the entire body through Pilates exercises to build long, lean muscle

Educating and comprending the core principles of mat-work so you can perform the exercises correctly to allow you to see and feel a change in the body faster

Using props to keep the session interesting and challenging, both mindfully and physically

Fees:

Private Sessions= $65 per session (1 hour)
Semi- Private Mat Session (2 people)= $35 per session per person
Small Group Mat Sessions= $75 per session TOTAL (split between 3-4 people)
