The area has a large park nearby, great restaurants, large grocery stores, excellent parking with alternate side regulations for 11:30am... you never have a problem with parking- this area is the best kept secret for residential living in new york city.

If you would like to room furnished, it can come with 8 ft ikea closet for storage, full size bed, dresser, dining table, desk, t.v., etc., or can come unfurnished if you have your own. The studio has a ceiling fan as well so it is cool in the summer. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen with me but you will have it essentially to yourself since I am hardly ever home and work long hours. About me: 32 year old male, medical professional, responsible, clean, don't smoke or drink, easy to get along with and looking for a person to enjoy and live peacefully with. The studio is located on the first floor of a brownstone and I live in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance.
