$550 Roommate Needed - Utilities Included (Riverdale)
One reliable roommate needed to share three bedroom-1 bathroom apartment in Riverdale by June 1. Close to Bx7 and Bx10 lines, it’s about a 10 minute trip to the 1 train. We prefer a quiet female who has a full-time job, and able to prove it.
Rent is due at the beginning of each month. First and last month’s rent is to be paid (That’s $1,100) at the beginning of June.
Our apartment is in a private, two-family house in a very convenient location (close to supermarket, Laundromat, restaurants). The neighborhood is quiet, and we prefer our roommate to be the same.
