I need a experienced babysitter/childcare person to watch my son, who is 5.5 years old, from the time he gets off the bus, until myself or my partner gets home from work every day on weekdays.

Generally work time will be from 2:45 (waiting at bus stop) to 6:00 pm, although some days may go to 6:30 or 7:00 pm depending on work issues.

I am fairly flexible with work, but need childcare to be able to work in the office with my coworkers.

These are the qualifications we are looking for:

1) MUST have prior experience watching young children, and MUST have references.
2) MUST be friendly to alternative lifestyles, especially lesbian relationships, and understand that all families are different.
3) MUST be able to work on a fair flat payment per week scale.
4) MUST be able to work from my home, and also take my son to after school activities, like Jiu Jitsu.

If you have young children of your own, it is ok for you to bring your child along, as long as the above conditions are met.

A fair flat fee per week will be negotiated, and a maximum amount of hours that would cover, (ie 225/week, for approx 2.5 hours per day, but up to 4 hours per day, maximum of 17 hour per week, hourly rate of 15 paid beyond that - this is an EXAMPLE, and not the actual payment schedule, though if that sounds fair... then all the better.)
