Looking for a CSS/HTML expert to do in-house freelance work for our Brooklyn-based company.
Necessary qualifications:
- expert in CSS (understand the differences between CSS 2 and CSS 3, border-radius)
- expert in browser compatibility issues (support for IE6 is necessary, PNG)
- familiarity with CSS helpers/frameworks (blueprint, 960.gs, etc.)
