Looking for one normal, easygoing vacacionist, who would share the second floor a huge house with us. (available immediately).
We are 2 MBA students. We like sport, music, art and cooking. We are clean, open-minded and eager to share an experience with a new people.

You have good comfort, all you need in the house and the price is far more cheaper than hotel fares.
About the location:
We are located at 86th subway station.
It is a very quiet and safe neighbourhood very close to the sea, and in front of Staten Island (the bridge is 5 minutes from our home)
There are all shops you can need in the area. (Banks, Supermarkets, Clothes, Furniture, Restaurants, Bakery...)
It takes 20 minutes to reach Manhattan. (R, N trains)
