Enjoy a lush tropical landscape of red ginger, ti, hibiscus, fragrant plumeria, palm trees, and much more while enjoying your Hawaiian vacation. Located less than one mile from Wailea's best beaches, shopping and resorts, Villa Paradiso is an ideal location. The 2,845 square foot two-story home is a Polynesian pole house. The upstairs features cathedral ceilings, AC with ceiling fans, and exotic African hardwood floors throughout. The Great Room, designed with wide angel sliding glass doors and windows, emphasizes the breathtaking ocean views. It offers elegant and comfortable furnishings, a large television and DVD player and stereo. There are three bedrooms and two baths upstairs. The ocean view master suite has a king size bed with a full bath. Also a television, DVD and CD player are provided. The ocean view second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third, garden view bedroom has a California king bed. All beds display elegance and high quality linens. The architectural kitchen is designed with all stainless steel appliances, gas cook top, granite countertops and spectacular ocean views of the islands of Kahoolawe and Molokini. Off the kitchen area you can enjoy outdoor ocean view dining for six. This outdoor-indoor dining accommodates a total of twelve guests. The ocean view bedrooms and great room open up to a 250 foot wrap-around lanai. The downstairs is the poolside Ohana. This has a large 700 sq ft. area with a queen and king size bed. The Ohana has a bath (with shower) and a small kitchenette with coffee maker and small frig and AC. Enjoy private access to the ohana from our pool deck. The outdoor pool, which faces the ocean vistas, is surrounded by a 1,500 square foot deck with table and chairs for four and six chaise lounges. Outdoor furniture has sunbrella cushions for the guest's comfort. There is also an outdoor basketball court.
