It's a nice bedroom in a very large (two living rooms!) three bedroom apt. in central Park Slope, Brooklyn. Apt is two blocks from the 7th ave/9th st F stop. Great area. You'd be living with two women in their mid 20s. They are responsible, clean and cool people.
The bedroom doesn't have windows but it has a good feeling and is supposed to be cool in the summer. The rest of the apt. is open and airy. The room comes with a large dresser with a mirror, shelves and a place to hang clothes. Otherwise unfurnished.
Rent is $800. Utilities are around $30 (includes wireless internet).
