Dear all,
I'm going away to Asia this summer, so my bedroom is available for sublet in our loft starting May 15st, the move in date is flexible and could be from May 15th to May30th. The move out date is very flexible. I've been living there for two years n' still lovin it! My room is furnished with bed, table, mirror, air conditioner (very important) and storage spaces. The lil puppy you see in the pix no longer lives there with us.
My lovely roommate may be moving back to Paris in May too, so her room may be available for rent as well. It's the same size as mine. If you sublet her room and love the space, you could possibly stay longer without needing to be on the lease. (The lease is under my name.)
Located in Williamsburg. Steps away from J, M, Z trains (Lorimer) G (Broadway), 15 minutes to the Lower East Side. Loft-style apartment has high ceilings, lots of space. completely furnished kitchen/bathroom, free wireless internet, TV, basic cable, big food market right outside. It has a big bathroom with full bath. Parking if you have a car. The room is big for nyc standard, huge windows, can fit a full size bed, a desk and a closet n' more.
The owner of the building lives in on the first floor and he selected all the tenants, most work in art-related fields and in their late twenties and thirties. (I'm a NYU grad film student and my roommate works for a French publishing company) The building is a very quiet and safe, also comes with a ROOFTOP with a great view. (great for summer sunbathing!)
