I am subletting a room in our 3 BR Park slope apartment for the summer. Dates are July and August. The room is small-- abt 12 by 7 sq ft... Rent is $725 each month and includes everything-- electric, gas, internet (sorry, no cable). No security deposit but i am asking for the two months payment up front.
I will be gone for the summer but my two roommates will be around. They are both young, professional, liberal minded, responsible, clean, and considerate 26 yr old women. Neither are neat freaks, but let me stress that they are both CLEAN! That is obviously a prerequisite. Please note there will be pot smoking in the house.
The apartment is old and creaky but very charming, spacious and gets good light. The location is really perfect-- 5th Ave in heart of the Slope, near Gorilla.
