Subletting 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment in Williamsburg. The apartment was gut renovated less than 1 year ago and is located at Lorimer and Stagg in Williamsburg (off the Lorimer L or Hewes J trains). The bedroom is quite big, about 13x12. The apartment has a nice big living room, a tiled kitchen and a bathroom. 3rd floor walk up, very safe friendly neighborhood.
Rent is $1100/month, including heat, hot water, cooking gas, electric, and internet/DSL. ALL rent must be paid in full up front + a small security deposit (returned to you at the end of the term). I will be using a standard subletter agreement/contract.
I am subletting from June 1st - September 15th. No somkers, no partiers. Subletters must be respectful of existing items in the apartment. The other bedrooms will mostly likely subletted by my apartment-mates as well. The apartment is fully furnished (couches, tables, etc). The bedroom will have a double bed and a big closet.
