This is great space that is conveniently located near the R train, a supermarket, laundry, several bars, greenwood cemetery and about a 7 minute jog to Prospect Park and the movie theatre. The room is 14 X 8 feet and come furnished with a desk, keyboard, a ton of plants, 4 windows, some closet space and 5 empty shelves/drawers. I have two great female roommates who are incredibly respectful and kind. There is Wi-fi and the rent includes electric and wi-fi, but not gas.
