My roomate and I are looking for someone to fill our other roomies space for the summer, from June till the end of August. The room is fully furnished with a bed and a dresser to put your clothes in. There are are shelves on one of the walls with a rack to hang your clothes on too. The room itself has a window with a view of the city and a fire escape.
The apartment is really cute, with a big kitchen and living area on the top floor of the building. The Area is great too, we are the first stop into brooklyn off the L train at Bedford and also the JMZ, both stations are a 5 min walk away. There are a ton of cute restaurants and bars within walking distance, but you are still 10 min outside of the lower east side or union square, so its really convienient to get into and out of the city.
The room is 950, plus utilities, which usually come to 30 to 50 a month, we have cable and internet.
We are hoping you are a cool person who likes to go out but doesn’t ususally bring the party home, although we do like having ppl over to hang out.
As long as the kitchen is clean and the bathroom isn’t scary I’m sure we will all get along,
