Furnished bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment for sublet from May 24 - August 3rd. The room includes a bed, desk, closet, and bed stand. The rent includes utilities and cable and wireless. The apartment is brand new, has a full-sized kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom.
The apartment is about 30 minutes to Times Square and 15 minutes to the Lower East Side. We live literally around the corner from the train.
You will be sharing the space with two girls in their 20s. We're easy going and clean. No pets and no couples.
The apartment building also has it's own washer and dryer.
