I have 1 room in a 2 room Loft for rent. The room is lofted with a queen-size bed, dressers, and TV. The entire space is about 1200 sq ft. with 15 ft. ceilings. There's a great roofdeck out back with a garden. Perfect for BBQ's and Sunday morning Bloody Marys. You'll be sharing the space with me. 34 year old documentary photographer.
I'm looking for someone with all the standard roommate qualities of... cleanliness, respectfulness, and doesn't loiter 24-7 at the apt. (has a job or something to do outside of the apt.)
Since the room is furnished, I'm not looking for any "big movers". Travelers and interim-permanent-apt-seekers welcome. Rent is $1050 which includes all utilities. Couples are welcome, but it will be $1,200 mnth.
