June 25 - August 24

Beautifully appointed two bedroom floor-through in an 1890 brownstone on Montgomery Place, Park Slope's "gold coast." Huge living room flooded with natural light through the bay windows; 2 full bathrooms; washer/dryer; kitchen with gas stove and silestone countertops. The best part of the apartment (in summer) is the HUGE south-facing deck, which comes furnished and with a top of the line gas grill.

Included in the rent are utilities (electric up to $100/month; if you use the 2 portable A/C units more than that, you are responsible for balance); high speed wireless internet; telephone land line; digital cable with HBO and DVR.

The location is unbeatable: Just half a block from Prospect Park, 1.5 blocks from 7th avenue (restaurants, stores, etc), 5 minutes to 2/3 train; 8 mins to Q; 10 to F.

The second bedroom currently functions as an office, so is only appropriate for a crib. Note that the apartment is on the third floor, i.e., if you have a baby, you will be schlepping up and down 2 flights.

You are a mature, responsible individual or couple who will be sensitive to our neighbors. Security deposit and references required. Partiers and shares will not be considered. Pets negotiable. More photos available upon request.
