I am looking for a person to fill a 4th roommate spot in a beautiful 4 BR Duplex apartment in Crown Heights. The sublet would begin as soon as possible and end on June 30th. This newly refurbished house features the following:
5-7 minute walk (5 blocks) to the 3 Train at Kingston Avenue stop and about a 10-15 minute walk (10 blocks) to the A/C train at Nostrand Ave stop.
15-20 minute walk to Prospect Park, or take the 3 Train three stops to Grand Army Plaza.
Right next to Brower Park and Brooklyn Children's Museum.
High Speed Internet (extra cost split between us per month)
You must also be prepared to put down a 412.25 Security deposit up front in case of damages. You will get this deposit back in full at the end of your sublet as per Tenant/Sublessee Agreement.
