We are seeking a Localization Engineer to oversee and manage a variety of localization processes including navigating technical issues with clients and provide support to vendors. The ideal candidate will be required to analyze new products to identify potential localization issues and solutions, perform engineering tasks, coordinate with internal and external resources to meet quality expectations, and identify new technology tools and processes to increase productivity of software localization engineering.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree

  • A minimum of two years experience in software localization engineering, i.e. localization processes, localization tools (Trados, Passolo, Catalyst), and potential issues related to localization and internationalization

  • Experience preparing files, building and compiling localization products, and supporting translators

  • Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS office applications

  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, communication, and management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • High level of initiative
