One of the good specifics about this job is that you can work your own hours, and you have week-to-week and day-to-day flexibility. The best way to get results, though, is to be out there so be sure to give yourself ample hours of effort if you wish to bring in good results. So let's talk about the results:
Each location you get a contract for, you get paid $150 for the following week. That's true even if the Manager comes in to help close the deal, makes no difference. The difference between us and the typical ATM commission for a sales agent is this: Based on the level of success the locations you get achieve in their first 2 months, you can achieve sizable bonuses at the end of that 2 month period. The structure is pretty simple and encourages agents to go after prime locations(you'll be trained in this, no worries). If you achieve a location that averages $300 profit over each of the first 2 months, you get the entire profit for those 2 months, minus the $150 you've already been paid up front for commission. A couple of examples...
You get a location that makes $275 profit the first month, and $350 profit the second month. That averages out to more then $300. So you get the total of $625 - $150 commision. That's a bonus of $475. Most solid locations will do this.
Now let's say you land a very strong location. The location makes $470 profit the first month, and $550 profit the second month. Well you just got a bonus of $870 at the end of those 2 months. These are the perks of this job. Where it may have shortcomings in terms of not having an hourly salary, it can more then make up for it with bonuses.
There are also additional bonuses for monthly and bi-monthly success, as well as commission raises for hitting certain milestones:
-Achieving 5 locations in the first calendar month working with us gets you a $100 bonus. From your second month on, the same bonus applies to getting 7 locations or more.
-Achieving 10 locations in any calendar month working with us gets you a $250 bonus. Achieving 15 locations over any 2 calendar month span will also get you this bonus.
-Achieving 15 locations in any calendar month working with us gets you a $500 bonus. Achieving 20 locations over any 2 calendar month span will also get you this bonus.
-When you've achieved your 10th location working with us, you'll recieve an additional $15 for each commission upfront(This $15 will not be subtracted from your potential 2 month profit bonus).

Qualifications:
