As an example, we work with a number of Universities whereas they offer the program to their alumni. Every time one of the alumni decides to refi their own home, or, initiate a mortgage transaction, they will be reimbursed for their own personal loan vs. paying a mortgage broker a fee. Then the university receives a referral fee, so it becomes an incredible fundraiser for the school for no cost or obligation to them. Essentially, we are paying people and organizations to secure financing for a home purchase or refinance, something they are going to do anyway. We have secured partnerships with the best and brightest bankers and lenders nationwide, ie… 5th Third, Chase, Harris in the determination to provide the very best in expertise/education and customer service, which we have expected, but rarely received in our past transactions.
