Hello, my roommate and I are looking for someone to rent my room in our 2bdrm apartment. I am moving out with my girlfriend June 1st. So this is basically the deal. It's a cool laid back environment, Erica (my roommate) is a working artist, works a lot, and is super cool about just about everything. The building is all brand new, gut renovated. The apartment features hardwood floors, all new appliances, exposed brick, new bathroom with, yes, a jacuzzi tub. It's really a beautiful place. It's one block from the train, one block from the store, about 10 steps from the laundromat, 2 bars, a couple restaurants, car service. Good neighborhood full of families.
We are definitely looking for someone who is responsible, does not use illegal drugs, someone who's relatively neat and cleans up after themselves, no pets, and no live-in boyfriend/girlfriend, as she's only looking for one roommate. The apartment is available June 1st, possibly earlier. Rent is $850, plus last month and security. Utilities are not included.
